Flavour families (general categories)
- Fruit — Citrus, berry, tropical fruit — the family where sweetness and acidity keep a clear edge.
- Mint — Built around coolness — on its own, or layered under another family.
- Spice & dessert — Cinnamon, chai, custard — the weight the room takes on late.
- Blends — More than one family can be combined in a single bowl.
